CMS — Jobs: Bulk Copy
Copy or move Job definitions to a different folder within Data Trust using the Bulk Copy feature.
Overview
The Jobs tab in the Content Management System supports Bulk Copy only — unlike Queries, Query Chains, and Scenarios, Jobs cannot be exported or imported via file. The Jobs tab provides a shuttle interface to copy or move job definitions to a different folder within the same Data Trust instance.
Navigating to the Jobs Tab

In the Admin Console left sidebar, click Content Management to open the CMS page.

The CMS page opens on Queries. Click Jobs to switch to job management.

When you click the Jobs tab, notice that the Export / Import toggle is greyed out and unavailable. Jobs only support Bulk Copy. The view shows filter fields (Created On, Created By, Folder) and a Copy / Move toggle above the shuttle panel. Set your filters and click Get Jobs to load the job list.

After clicking Get Jobs, the matching jobs appear in the left panel of the shuttle. Each row shows Job Name and User Name. Use the Copy / Move toggle to choose whether to copy the jobs (leaving originals in place) or move them (removing from the source folder). Select jobs in the left panel and use the arrow buttons to move them to the right panel, set the Folder Path destination, then click Migrate Jobs to complete the operation.
