Users can search Jobs based on different search criteria such as Created On, Created By, and Folder options. Apart from this, the user can Bulk Copy or Move all the created Jobs from the ‘Content Management’ session page located in the ‘ADMIN CONSOLE’ module.
To learn more, let us walk through the below procedure:
- Click the ‘ADMIN CONSOLE’ module.
- Hover on the ‘Content Management’ snippet from the left pane options.
- Click the ‘Content Management’ option.
- This action navigates the user to the ‘Migration’ session page.
Note: By default, ‘Queries’ option is selected.
- Click the ‘Jobs’ option.
- Add the Created On (08/01/2022-08/26/2022) and Created By (vinay) search criteria parameters and click the ‘Get Jobs’ button.
Note: Here the user can only Bulk Copy or Move the selected Jobs but are unable to ‘Export/Import’ them.
- Click the ‘Get Jobs’ button.
- This action populates all the Jobs based on the search criteria.
Note: The user can either Copy or Move the selected Jobs using the Copy/Move toggle switch.
