Users can search Scenarios such as Reconciliations, Validations, or TDRs based on different search criteria such as Created On, Created By, and Folder options. Apart from this, the user can also download, import, export, and bulk copy all the created Scenarios from the ‘Content Management’ session page located in the ‘ADMIN CONSOLE’ module.

To learn more, let us walk through the below procedure:

• Click the ‘ADMIN CONSOLE’ module.
• Hover on the ‘Content Management’ snippet from the left pane options.
• Click the ‘Content Management’ option.

• This action navigates the user to the ‘Migration’ session page.

Note: By default, ‘Queries’ option is selected.

• Click the ‘Scenarios’ option.

Note: By default, the ‘Reconciliation’ radio button is selected.

• Add the Created On (08/01/2022-08/25/2022) and Created By filter criteria parameters and click the ‘Get Scenarios’ button.

• This action displays all the ‘Reconciliation’ scenarios based on the search criteria.

• Select and checkbox the ‘Scenario Name’ checkbox.

Note: As the user selects the ‘Scenario Name’ checkbox, all the below scenarios are selected in the grid.

• Click the ‘Generate Export File’ button.

• The selected scenarios are downloaded in txt file format.

• Now select the ‘Validation’ radio button with the same search criteria.
• Click the ‘Get Scenarios’ button.

• This action populates all the ‘Validation’ scenarios.

• Now select the ‘TDR’ radio button with the same search criteria.
• Click the ‘Get Scenarios’ button.

• This action populates all the ‘TDR’ scenarios.

• Select and click the ‘Reconciliation’ radio button and toggle the ‘Bulk Copy’ to ‘Export/Import.’

• Select the ‘Import’ radio button.
• Click the ‘Choose File’ option.

• Browse ‘Scenarios Export File8_25_2022 5_41_25 AM.txt’ file.
• Click the ‘Open’ button.

• This action uploads all the scenarios.
