Users can search Query Chains based on Created On, Created By, and Browse Folder parameters. Apart from this, the user can also download, import, export, and bulk copy all the created Query Chains from the ‘Content Management’ session page located in the ‘ADMIN CONSOLE’ module.
To learn more, let us walk through the below procedure:
- Click the ‘ADMIN CONSOLE’ module.
- Hover on the ‘Content Management’ snippet from the left pane options.
- Click the ‘Content Management’ option.
- This action navigates the user to the ‘Migration’ session page.
Note: By default, ‘Queries’ option is selected.
- Now, click the ‘Query Chains’ option.
Note: Created On, Created By, Folder, and Get QueryChains options are displayed.
- Add the Created On (08/01/2022 – 08/23/2022) and Created By (Bhanuchander) details.
Note: The user can also select and choose the ‘Browse Folders’ icon to choose any specific folder.
- Click the ‘Get QueryChains’ option.
- This action retrieves all the Query Chains based on the search criteria.
- Select and checkbox the ‘QueryChain Name’ to select all the Query Chains.
- Click the ‘Generate Export File’ button.
- This action downloads all the Query Chains.
- Now, select the ‘import’ radio button from the top right corner of the page.
Note: The user can upload the local saved Query Chains using the ‘Import’ option.
- Click the ‘Choose File’ button.
- Browse ‘QueryChain Export File 8_23_2022 7_13_30 AM.txt’ file.
- Click the ‘Open’ button.
- This action imports all the Query Chains from the txt file.
Note: At this stage, only the ‘Select All’ button icon is enabled as no Query Chains are selected and checked.
- Click the ‘Select All’ button.
- A ‘Review/Switch Connection Profiles’ pop-up window is displayed.
Note: Here the user has the flexibility to choose or switch to another profile for the selected Query Chain(s).
- Click the ‘Continue’ button.
- This action populates all the selected Query Chains on the right side.
Note: At this stage, ‘De-Select All’ button is enabled. Using this button, you can ‘De-Select’ all the Query Chains from the right grid.
- Select and checkbox a Query Chain from the left side.
Note: At this stage, the ‘Select’ button is enabled. The ‘Select’ button is also enabled when the user select and checks more than one Query Chain from the left grid.
- Select any Query Chain from the right grid.
Note: At this stage, the ‘De-Select’ button is enabled. The ‘De-Select’ button is also enabled when the user selects and checks more than one Query Chain from the right grid.
