Access controls for report views

Access to the new views created for the pre-delivered reports can be controlled by mapping them to one or more user groups.

To learn more, let us walk through the below procedure:

• Click the ‘REPROTING’ module.
• By default, ‘Data Quality Metrics’ Dashboard is selected.
• Click the ‘Reports’ button.

Path: REPORTING > Data Quality Metrics > Reports

• A ‘Saved Reports’ pop-up window is displayed.
• Let’s click the ‘RDAdmin’s Report’ ‘Edit Report’ button.

• An ‘Update Report’ pop-up window is displayed.
• Let’s add ‘Security’ for the ‘User Group’ option.

Note: The user can add any more than one ‘User Group’.

• Click the ‘Save’ button.

Note: The report (RDAdmin’s Report) is now visible only to the users from the ‘Security’ User Group.

• A toaster message ‘Report updated successfully’ is displayed.
