In this dashboard, users can track the past 10 days of scenario execution reports along with date specifications with Passed, Failed, and Errored result notifications. Users can also use filters such as root folder, select scenario, select job, select user, and select profile with a select number of days/dates option and later save each combination result under “Reports.”
To learn about Scenario Execution History Dashboard, let us walk through the below procedure:
- Click the ‘REPORTING’ module.
- By default, the ‘Data Quality Metrics’ Dashboard is displayed.
- Click the ‘Data Quality Metrics’ option.
- A ‘Dashboards’ pop-up slide screen is displayed.
- Now scroll and select the ‘Scenario Execution History’ Dashboard.
- Click the ‘Select’ button.
Path: REPORTING> Data Quality Metrics > Scenario Execution History > Select
- The user is navigated to the ‘Scenario Execution History Report’ session page.
- A ‘Refresh’ button is used to refresh the ‘Scenario Execution History’ session page.
- A ‘Download as Excel’ button is used to download the ‘Scenario Execution History Report’ contents.
- Let’s click the ‘IMDB Data Validation Oracle’ from the ‘Scenario Name’ column.
- The user is navigated to the ‘Bulk Validation’ session page of that particular scenario.
- Close this window and navigate back to the ‘Scenario Execution History’ session page.
- Click the ‘Global Filter’ button.
- A ‘Global Filters’ pop-up window is displayed and has the following option Root (folder selection) option and drop-down lists such as Select Scenario, Select Job, Select Profile, and Date/Days selection (Last, Between, and Not Between).
- Let’s fill in all the required fields and click the ‘Preview Filter Data’ button.
- The ‘Global Filter’ filters the results.
- Click the ‘Save Report As’ button.
- A ‘Save Report As’ pop-up window is displayed.
- Let’s add ‘FDR Scenario results’ under the ‘Report Name’ text field.
- Click the ‘Save’ button.
- A message ‘Report with the name ‘FDR Scenario results saved successfully’ is displayed on the top right corner of the page.
- Click the ‘Reports’ button.
- A ‘Saved Reports’ pop-up window is displayed.
- The user can view the ‘FDR Scenario results’ report here.
- A ‘View Report’ button is used to view the report.
- An ‘Edit Report’ button is used to edit the report.
- A ‘Delete Report’ button is used to delete the report.
- Click the ‘Send Email’ button.
- A ‘Send an Email’ pop-up window is displayed.
- Let’s add an email address.
Note: The email is greyed due to confidential data.
- Click the ‘Send’ button.
- A message ‘Sending Email’ is displayed on the top right corner of the page.
- The user can also view the sent email details as shown here.
