The cockpit gives an overview of the DataTrust application. This overview can be of two types one view is the view for the individual who logged in at this time and another view is the group view. You can toggle between the two views with the toggle switch provided on top. The cockpit has the following tiles that are listed below:
1. Reconciliations
This gives a summary of the reconciliation scenarios. The key points highlighted are:
- The number of scenarios executed
- The number of scenarios that passed
- The number of scenarios that failed
- Total errors
2. Database Metrics
Database Metrics are a part of the cockpit module. It shows the current status of the database. This is visible to the admin pro-user. It helps to manage data and use the database storage well. The key points highlighted are:
- The total allocated space
- The total used space
- The total unused space
- Percentage of used space
- Percentage of unused space
3. System Activity
System Activity is a part of the cockpit module. It gives a summary of the system activity. The key points highlighted are:
- The number of users logged in
- Total jobs running
- Total validations running
- Total query chains running
- Total executions running
- Total FDRs running
- Total TDRs running
4. Asset Inventory
Asset Inventory is a part of the COCKPIT module. This session has the details of Total FDRs, Total TDRs, Total Validations, Total BDVs, Total QPTs, Total Queries, Total QueryChains, and Total Jobs created by the user.
5. Validations
This session gives an overview of the validation scenarios. The key points highlighted are:
- The number of validation scenarios that passed
- The number of scenarios that failed
- The number of error scenarios
6. Security
This session gives a summary of the users in the system. The key points highlighted are:
- The total number of users
- Total user groups
