A filter button is added to the SSRS profile in Query. Now users can load any SSRS reporting profile and apply filters by selecting both Start and End dates accordingly and later could extract the required data.

- Click the ‘QUERY STUDIO’ module.
- Hover on ‘Query Builder’ from the left pane options.
- Click the ‘Query’ option.
- This action navigates the user to the ‘Query’ session page.
- Let’s select ‘SSRS_AD_RD’ from the ‘Profile’ drop-down list.
- Click the ‘Navigator’ button.
- Now click the ‘Company Sales’ from ‘SSRS_AD_RD’ Schema.
- This action loads the ‘Company Sales’ reporting sheet.
- Double tap the ‘Filters’ button.
- A ‘Filters’ pop-up window is displayed.
- The selected dates will be added to the ‘StartDate’ and ‘EndDate’ text fields.
- Click the ‘X’ button to close the ‘Filters’ pop-up window.
- Let’s add 6 for the ‘Skip rows’ text field.
Note: Skip rows specifies the number of initial rows to skip before loading the data. For each individual reporting sheet, the ‘Skip rows’ number is different.
- Click the ‘Show Data’ button.
- This action navigates the user to the ‘Results for Company Sales’ tab.
