Three-lens data quality dashboard providing executive, domain, and operational views of quality across your data estate.

Overview

The DQ Command Center provides three distinct "lenses" for viewing data quality across your enterprise — each tailored to a different audience. It aggregates DQ scores from all connections and presents them through executive summaries, domain-level assurance views, and operational remediation tools.

Target Persona: - Executive Lens — CTO, CDO, VP of Data - Domain Assurance Lens — Data Stewards, Domain Owners - Operational Lens — DQ Engineers, Data Engineers

Prerequisites: DQ rules configured and at least one job execution completed.

How This Module Helps

The DQ Command Center is the single pane of glass for data quality. It: - Gives executives a quick health check without technical details - Lets domain owners see quality scores for their business areas - Provides engineers with rule-level drill-down for remediation - Supports multi-connection views for enterprise-wide quality

Features & Workflows

1. Selecting Connections

  1. On the landing page, select one or more connections.

  1. Add additional connections using + Add.

  2. Remove connections by clicking the ✕ on their pill.

2. Switching Lenses

  1. Click the lens tabs: Executive, Domain Assurance, or Operational.

Drilling into Risk Alerts

  1. Click any alert in the Top Risk Alerts card.

  1. Navigate to DQ Results for the specific rule.

  1. View Business Concept Cards — one per domain with aggregate DQ score.

  2. Click a domain card to drill into term-level scores.

  1. Use the Rule Browser Panel to search and filter rules.

  2. Click Drill on any rule to open the Record Level Drawer.

  1. View actual failed records with column highlighting.

  2. Export failed records.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Start with the Executive lens for a quick health check, then drill into Domain Assurance or Operational views.
  • Use multi-connection selection to get an enterprise-wide quality picture.
  • The Operational lens's Rule Browser is ideal for daily DQ triage.
  • Share deep links with stakeholders for specific views.
