The Validation Session Monitor is a part of the SCENARIO STUDIO module. This session gives the details of all the Validation Scenarios Running, Passed, Failed, and Errored status.
To learn about Validation Session Monitor, let us walk through the below procedure:
- Click the ‘SCENARIO STUDIO’ module.
- Hover on the ‘Scenario Session Monitor’ snippet from the left pane options.
- Select and click the ‘Validation Session’ option.
Path: SCENARIO STUDIO > Scenario Session Monitor > Validation Session
- A ‘Validation Session Monitor’ session page is displayed.
- A ‘Refresh’ button is used to refresh the ‘Validation Session Monitor’ session page.
- An ‘Export to CSV’ button is used to download the ‘Validation Session Monitor’ tabular grid contents into a CSV file.
- A ‘Search’ box field is used to search for any Validation Scenario.
- ‘Showing 97/3970’ indicates the loaded contents by the total content count details.
- Click the ‘Load More’ button.
- ‘Showing 97/3970’ is changed to ‘Showing 192/3970’ on clicking the ‘Load More’ button.
- Let’s suppose click the ‘Query Validation’ from the ‘Scenario Name’ column.
- Now, the user is navigated to that particular Validation Scenario session page (Query Validation) in create and edit mode.
Note: Close this window and navigate back to the ‘Validation Session Monitor’ page.
- Click the ‘Log’ button from the ‘Execution Progress’ column.
- A ‘log’ pop-up window displaying the particular Validation scenario session progress is seen.
- Click the ‘Copy Text’ button.
- A message ‘Query Text copied to Clipboard!’ is displayed on the top right corner of the page.
- Click the green tick mark from the ‘Execution Progress’ column.
- The user is navigated to the ‘Validations Scenario Exceptions’ session page.
Note: Close this window and navigate back to the ‘Validation Session Monitor’ page.
- Clicking the ‘Running’ button displays only the running Validation Scenarios.
Note: The button turns blue indicating only running validation scenarios are displayed.
- Clicking the ‘Passed’ button displays only the Passed Validation Scenarios.
Note: The button turns blue indicating only passed validation scenarios are displayed.
- Clicking the ‘Failed’ button displays only the failed Validation Scenarios.
Note: The button turns blue indicating only failed validation scenarios are displayed.
- Clicking the ‘Errored’ button displays only the Errored Validation Scenarios.
Note: The button turns blue indicating only Errored validation scenarios are displayed.
