A Private Key checkbox option that contains ‘Private Key Path’ and ‘Passphrase’ parameters is included under the Snow Flake JDBC connection type.
To learn more, let us walk through the below procedure:
- Click the ‘ADMIN CONSOLE’ tab.
- Hover on the left pane options and select the ‘Profiles’ snippet.
- Click the ‘Profiles’ option.
Path: ADMIN CONSOLE > Profiles
- A ‘Profiles’ session page is displayed.
- A ‘Refresh’ button is used to refresh the ‘Profiles’ session page.
- An ‘Export to CSV’ button is used to download all the Profiles-related information into a CSV file.
- A ‘Search’ box field is used to search for any profile-related information from the tabular grid.
- Click the plus ‘(+) Profile’ button.
- A ‘Create Profile’ session page is displayed with two text fields such as ‘Profile Name’ and ‘Source Name.’
Path: ADMIN CONSOLE > Profiles > (+) Profile
- Let’s add the ‘Profile Name’ as ‘Snow Flake JDBC connection type.’
- Select ‘Snow flake’ from the ‘Source Name’ drop-down list.
- By default, the ‘Type Of Connection’ is selected as ‘Non JDBC.’
Note: The Type Of Connection, Connection Parameters, and Additional Settings are displayed immediately after selecting the Source Name.
Note: By default, the ‘Connection Parameters’ tab is selected.
- Let’s select ‘JDBC’ from the ‘Type Of Connection’ drop-down list.
- The user views a ‘Private Key’ checkbox option with two parameters such as ‘Private Key Path’ and ‘Passphrase.’
Note: The ‘Private Key Path’ and ‘Passphrase’ parameters are in disabled mode here.
- The user has to select and checkbox the ‘Private Key’ option to enable and enter the ‘Private Key Path’ and ‘Passphrase’ text fields.
- As a further step, the user is required to click the ‘Test Connection’ button to establish the connection and later the ‘Save’ button to save the profile.
