Reconciliations are a part of the COCKPIT module. It gives a summary of the reconciliation scenarios. The key points highlighted are:
- The number of scenarios executed
- The number of scenarios that passed
- The number of scenarios that failed
- Total errors
To learn about the Reconciliations tile, let us walk through the below procedure:
- Click the ‘COCKPIT’ module.
- View the ‘Reconciliation’ tile.
Path: COCKPIT > Reconciliations
- Besides the Reconciliation text, a switch button (Switch to All Users) is displayed. The user can switch it to Single User mode.
Note: By default, ‘Switch to All Users’ is selected.
- Let’s suppose click the switch to Single User mode. (Switch to Single User).
- By default, ‘1W’ (one week) Reconciliation data is selected.
Note: The user can also change the period to ‘5D’ (5 Days) or ‘1M’ (1Month).
- Click the ‘Show Legend’ button to display ‘Pass’ and ‘Fail’ Reconciliation Scenarios.
- Let’s suppose, strike the ‘Pass’ option by clicking it.
Note: Users can strike both Pass and Fail options at one go.
- Now, the user can only view the ‘Fail’ Line Chart graph.
- A ‘Refresh’ button is used to refresh the ‘Reconciliations’ session page.
Clicking the Tabular View displays the ‘Reconciliations’ data in a Tabular View format with details as shown below:
- Executions-The user can check the total number of scenario executions.
- Pass- The user can check the total number of passed Scenario executions.
- Fail- The user can check the total number of failed Scenario executions.
- Error- The user can check the total number of error Scenario executions.
- Let’s suppose click the ‘Executions’ option from the Tabular View.
- An ‘FDR Summary’ session page is displayed
- A ‘Refresh’ button is used to refresh the ‘FDR Summary’ session page.
- An ‘Export to CSV’ button is used to download the ‘FDR Summary’ details.
- A ‘Search’ box is used to search for any particular FDR scenario.
- Click the first scenario (FDR with QC as a data source) from the ‘Scenario Name’ column.
Path: COCKPIT > Reconciliations > Executions > FDR Summary
- The user will be redirected to its FDR scenario session page (FDR with QC as a data source) in create and edit mode.
Note: Close this window and return to the ‘FDR Summary’ session page.
- Click the green tick mark under the ‘Status’ column.
- The user is redirected to the ‘Functional Data Reconciliation Exceptions’ page.
Note: Close this window and return to the ‘FDR Summary’ session page.
- Click the ‘Show Source Data’ button from the ‘Source Count’ column.
- The user is redirected to the ‘Functional Data Reconciliation Exceptions’ page.
Note: Close this window and return to the ‘FDR Summary’ session page.
- Click the ‘Show Target Data’ button from the ‘Target Count’ column.
- The user is again redirected to the’ Functional Data Reconciliation Exceptions’ page.
Note: Close this window and also ‘FDR Summary’ session page
- Click the ‘Pie Chart’ button to display the Reconciliations in the Pie Chart view.
Path: COCKPIT > Reconciliations > Pie Chart
- Let’s suppose click on the ‘Pass: 356’ green colored portions.
- The user is redirected to the ‘FDR Summary’ session page.
Note: The below screenshot about the ‘FDR Summary’ page is already explained in the Tabular view graph. Close this ‘FDR Summary’ session page.
Path: COCKPIT > Reconciliations > Pie Chart > FDR Summary
- Click the ‘Line Chart’ to display the graph in the Line Chart view.
Path: COCKPIT > Reconciliations > Line Chart
- Let’s suppose click the green pointer dated (1/18/2022).
Note: The X-axis displays the Dates and the Y-axis displays the Quantity.
- The user is navigated to the ‘FDR Summary’ page displaying all ‘passed’ Scenarios.
- Click the second Scenario (Compare Public.redshift_hospital and public.redshift_hospital) from the ‘Scenario Name’ column.
Path: COCKPIT > Reconciliations > Line Chart > FDR Summary
- The user is navigated to that particular FDR Scenario (Compare Public.redshift_hospital and public.redshift_hospital) session page in create and edit mode.
Note: Close this window and return to the ‘FDR Summary’ session page.
- Click the green tick mark from the ‘Status’ column.
- The user is navigated to the ‘Scenario Execution Summary’ page.
Note: Close this window and return to the ‘FDR Summary’ session page.
- Click the ‘Show Source Count’ button option from the ‘Source Count’ column.
- The user is navigated to the ‘Scenario Execution Summary’ page.
Note: Close this window and also ‘FDR Summary’ session page
- Click the ‘Expand’ button.
Path: COCKPIT > Reconciliations > Expand
- The Reconciliation tile is expanded displaying all the three graphical views (Pie Chart, Tabular View, and Line Chart) in a single window page.
Note: All the buttons function alike as seen in the unexpanded Reconciliation mode. The only difference here is this expanded Reconciliation window shows all the Graphical views at a go but its unexpanded view helps users to select one graphical view at a time.
- Click the ‘Close’ button to remove the ‘Reconciliation’ tile from the COCKPIT module.
