Stopping RightData (DataTrust) Services:
Stop IIS:
Note: Follow the below steps only from the server where the RightData (DataTrust) application is installed.
- Log into RightData (DataTrust) windows server
- Go to start menu > Run > enter "inetmrg" in the "Open:" input field and click "OK"
- This will open the IIS Manager dialog box as follows. Expand the server under the "Start Page" node of the tree structure on the left panel. Under "Sites", click "Default Web Site" > from the right-side panel "Actions", locate the "Stop" option, and click to Stop the server.
Stop Middleware:
- In the path where RightData (DataTrust) middleware is installed (e.g. D:\RightDataMiddleware\Middleware) run rd_stop_win as admin.
- Type http://localhost:9090 in the URL section of the browser which should give you the confirmation that Middleware is down.
Starting RightData (DataTrust) Services:
IIS:
- Open IIS and start the server.
Middleware:
- Open Windows Task Scheduler and run the RightData (DataTrust) Middleware task (highlighted below).
- Run the URL http://localhost:9090 to see the following message to confirm that the Middleware is up and running.
