Auto Generate Queries
Overview
The Auto Generate Queries feature creates multiple reusable queries in bulk by importing a populated mapping template. This dramatically reduces setup time when a large number of queries need to be created against the same connection.
Prerequisites
- You are logged in to Data Trust with a Pro-User or Admin Pro-User role.
- An RDBMS connection profile has been configured and the mapping template has been populated.
Steps
Path: Data Trust › Query Studio › Auto Generate Queries
Navigate to the Query Studio module and select Auto Generated Querie option to open the Query Builder workspace. This is the starting point for creating, editing, and managing queries in Data Trust.

The select a file and upload configures a CSV file as the data source for the query. Select the file connection profile, browse to the file location, and map the delimiter and header settings before saving.

The Generated Query step is part of the Auto Generate Queries workflow that creates multiple queries from a mapping spreadsheet. Download the template, populate it with source connection and table details, then upload it to generate queries in bulk.
Click Save to persist the query or configuration to the Query Explorer. A confirmation message appears once the save completes, and the query is available for reuse in Query Chains and scenarios.
