When RightData (DataTrust) Middleware is down or when you want to kill all the processes running by RightData (DataTrust) Server, follow these steps to restart the middleware.
Note: This will stop all the processes currently running.
1. Log into RightData (DataTrust) windows server, from the windows start > search for "Task Scheduler", select the desktop app "Task Scheduler"
2. This will open "Task Scheduler" window. From the left panel, select "Task Scheduler Library" > This will populate the list of scheduled tasks it he middle panel.
3. Locate the task "RightData Middleware" and select.
4. This will open the Actions panel, locate "Run" button to restart middleware.
5. After about 1 minute, open the web browser and enter http://localhost:9090/ - if the restart of middleware is successful, you should see the following message in the web browser.
