When RightData (DataTrust) UI is not responding, follow these steps to restart the IIS:
1. Log into RightData (DataTrust) windows server
2. Go to start menu > Run > enter "inetmrg" in the "Open:" input field and click "OK"
3. This will open the IIS Manager dialog box as follows. Expand the server under the "Start Page" node of the tree structure on the left panel. Under "Sites", click "Default Web Site" > from the right-side panel "Actions", locate the "Restart" option, and click to restart the server.
4. Upon completion of the "Restart", expand the sites under the left panel, select the application "Rightdata" (DataTrust). From the right-side panel "Actions", click on "Browse *:80 (HTTP)".
5. This should open the default web-browser by navigating to application login page as follows.
