CMS — Bulk Data Validation Migration
Export and import Bulk Data Validation scenarios between Data Trust environments using the Content Management System.
Overview
The Content Management System (CMS) in Data Trust supports migrating Bulk Data Validation scenarios between environments. This allows administrators to export Bulk Data Validation scenarios from one Data Trust instance and import them into another — enabling smooth promotion of test configurations from development to production.
Navigating to Content Management

In the left sidebar of Admin Console, click Content Management under the Content & Templates section to open the CMS page. The page subtitle confirms: 'Content Management supports exporting and importing bulk validation scenarios between systems using the migration tool.'

Click the Scenarios tab in the CMS toolbar. A row of scenario type radio buttons appears: Reconciliation, Validation, Bulk Data Validation, and TDR. Select Bulk Data Validation to filter the list to Bulk Data Validation scenarios only.

Use the Created On date range picker and the Created By user dropdown to narrow down which Bulk Data Validation scenarios to export. Optionally set a Folder path. Click Get Scenarios to load the matching scenarios into the list.

Once the scenarios load, they are listed with Scenario Name, User Name, and Created On. Select the checkboxes for the scenarios you want to export, then click Generate Export File (top-right of the list area) to package them into a downloadable file.

The export file is generated and automatically downloaded to your computer. This file contains the full Bulk Data Validation scenario definitions and can be imported into another Data Trust environment using the Import option on the same CMS page.
